My honest review of Hum Nutrition Beauty Supplements
Are Hum Nutrition supplements worth it? In short, I think Hum Nutrition supplements are worth it. I really believe in supplements and think that every single day, it is hard to get the exact portion of every nutrient you need so I supplement with well researched products. I usually take my supplements first thing in the morning, so I don’t forget. Now that I am working from home, I like to take them mid-day. Sephora started stocking Hum Nutrition and that is how I first heard of the brand.
Firstly, the packing of Hum Nutrition is so pretty, they are brightly colored packages of usually monthly intakes of each supplement. More importantly, Hum Nutrition are backed by clinical results and by nutritionists. Over 2 months ago, I started taking 3 types of Hum Nutrition supplements and I have to say I love them! Hum Nutrition is a company that creates various vitamins and supplements that are aligned to beauty goals e.g. glowing skin, healthy hair, help with sleep, diminishing under eye darkness. Hum Nutrition pop all the necessities to remedy health/beauty concerns into one supplement to help with your beauty goal. Hum Nutrition believes what’s inside really matters and that is the philosophy of the company. What Hum Nutrition products am I reviewing?
I am reviewing Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse, Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow and Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair which are all best sellers. Spoiler – I loved all. The results, the packaging, the taste and how I felt make this Hum Nutrition review a very positive review.

Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse is one of the top selling Hum Nutrition products and I can see why. I really loved this product and will be continue using it. Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse helps cleanse your skin and body and I think it’s something that we could all benefit from. I will caveat that I generally have good skin as I am a pampered pooch and love treating myself to face masks (read about my favorite hydrating face masks HERE). I also eat quite healthily and love fruit and veg so only suffer from an odd spot here or there. Daily, you take two capsules at anytime with or without food. I always take mine in the afternoon.
What does Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse do?
Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse does many things including getting rid of toxins that can cause breakouts, the cleanse improves skin clarity, aids in digestion and supports detoxification. Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse is packed full of 13 detoxifiers including Chlorella (detoxifying green Algae), Spirulina (Nourishing Green Algae), Milk Thistle (restorative herb extract), Alpha Lipoic Acid (antioxidant) and Red Clover (Skin Cleansing Extract). The supplement doesn’t taste as all the goodness is in a clear capsule. I tried to take a Spirulina supplement before that you added to water and I was unable to even think about it after 3 days so this is a welcome benefit of the Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse. I generally just felt better during the cleanse and felt my food was digesting well with little bloating. Overall, really loved this and would highly recommend Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse.
Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow Review
I love a good glow and will constantly write about my favorite beauty products for that glow, however, it is important to note that these products work the best when the inside is healthy and glowing too. You will not have glowing skin if you eat french fries for dinner every night. The same goes for Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow. If you are eating creamy pastas, fatty fried food and processed foods, you’ll be a while trying to find that glow! Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow is a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and I noticed my skin was very healthy and glowing during this time. I also stopped wearing foundation most days when trying Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow and definitely saw the glow! I used the product for over 60 days and am now on my third bottle. I absolutely love the taste of these as they are a sweet orange gummy that is taken once per day, anytime, with or without food.
What does Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow do?
Other than tasting like a treat, Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow locks moisture into skin and boosts hydration, helps keep skin plump and glowing, stimulates collagen production and gives you a daily dose of Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C. Hyaluronic Acid is a skin hydrating molecule while Vitamin C is an active antioxidant. Vitamin E is also added to the mix as a necessary vitamin for healthy skin.

Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair Review
Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair is similar to Hum Nutrition Glow Sweet Glow in that it is a delicious gummy that targets a specific beauty goal. Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair is another best seller of Hum Nutrition and one that I will highly recommend. I used Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair for 2 months over quarantine and my hair needed a cut badly so it needed a pick me up. I naturally have full hair, however, I always believe in supplements to ensure that I am getting my full nutrients. Although I didn’t notice a huge difference with this one, I did love taking it because my hair remained healthy although I hadn’t cut my hair in months upon months. If you have thin or thinning hair, then I would recommend this one based on my clear results with the other supplements that I tried.
What does Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair do?
Hum Nutrition Hair Sweet Hair supports hair growth, maintains the health of hair follicles, helps healthy color maintenance and includes Fo-Ti, Zinc, PABA and Biotin. Biotin, a water-soluble B vitamin, and zinc, an essential mineral, are important nutrients to support the health of hair follicles. Two gummies are needed per day, at any time, with or without food.

Hum Nutrition range in value from $10-$40. All the Hum Nutrition supplements that I tried are about $25 each per month. While this may seem expensive, I always believe in the value of supplements as I easily munch down a takeaway for $25 or some drinks and don’t think much of it. These are supplements which improve your health and have lasting benefits both on the inside and outside. Even when I go travelling, I make sure I take my supplements with me. I have taken one antibiotic since I was 16 and really believe that supplements help me to stay healthy.
