Each month, I write about my top favorite beauty products that I have tried over the past couple of weeks. I took a short break from blogging in January to relax, catch up with friends, read, cook, try out more beauty products and generally just have a more relaxed couple of weeks. But, I am back :) I have been trying out so many new products that I wanted to share with you. Lancôme gifted me lots of products to try so here are my top few that I loved this February.
Lancome Bienfait Multi-Vital Daily Replenishing Oil
This daily oil restores moisture, gives a dewy finish and leaves your skin feeling so soft! The oil has a blend of botanical essence which heals the skin, helps with brightness & moisture retention. It really provides a healthy glow and sheen. I’ve loved using this during the day for a natural glow while wearing no make up only mascara. I’ve also worn with my foundation for a dewy glow throughout the day.
Lancôme Limited Edition Starlight Sparkle La Rose Pourer Highlight
This highlighting luminous powder is almost too pretty to use. The rose and Bijou box are packaged so beautifully that I was so careful dabbing my brush when using first. It would be the perfect gift for a friend. The powder is infused with light enhancing pearls to achieve a lasting glow. Vitamin E is added to the formula to ensure the powder is non-drying and lasts throughout the day. The highlighter is buildable from a light shimmer in the day to a stronger glow for an evening or night time look. The highlighter can be applied using a brush, sponge or your fingers. I prefer to use a brush to apply and wet the brush for a stronger highlight in the evening.
Lancôme Dual Finish Highlighter
I have been wearing more natural makeup lately and using highlighter in the evenings to add to my look. As with the Sparkle La Rose highlighter above, this highlighter is buildable to add more glow in the evening. Apply dry for a subtle glow and wet your brush before applying for a stronger glow. This is a more creamier texture that melts into your skin. This product is available in 5 different shades and also has vitamin E infused for a non-drying formula.
Lancôme Hypnose Drama & Cils Booster
Hypnose was my very first expensive or luxury mascara years ago and it has been one of my favorite mascaras for a long time. The mascara uses intense black pigments to color lashes for dramatic lashes. Used with the Cils Booster, my eyelashes look extra long and fuller. The Cils Booster is a conditioning formula used as a primer for your lashes. Cils uses micro-fibers and vitamin E which adds extra length and thickness. Lancôme have some limited edition sets, where you can buy these two together to save a little. Using Cils is an extra step in the morning, but I try to use it definitely at the weekends and some days during the week.
Lancôme Energie De Vie Eye Gel
This revitalizing eye gel is perfect to sooth away any dark circles or puffiness. The product comes with three massaging roller balls to apply the product. The gel is formulated with lots of goodness such as caffeine, cranberry, lemon balm & ginseng to provide a perkier, hydrated eye area. Used over time, the product will reduce wrinkles and leave the under eye area looking much brighter and refreshed.
Lancôme Energie De Vie Nuit
I originally got this jar of revival a couple of years ago as a gift and love it. When using hydration masks, I generally use them overnight to provide the most hydration. This mask has been specifically created to work overnight and is designed as a true over night mask. The mask hydrates using antioxidants such as Goji Berry, Lemon Balm and vitamin E to protect your skin from free radicals. It is an anti-fatigue mask that protects against water loss so you wake up with suppler and softer skin. Stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, too much computer & phone time negatively affect our skin. This product works overnight to counter act the factors that negatively affect our skin throughout the day.
I wrote another post last year on some other of my favorite Lancôme finds which you can read about HERE. I also have lots more beauty blog posts linked below if you would like a read!
Although these products were gifted from Lancôme and I work at the Sephora HQ in San Francisco, all opinions are my own.
