White jeans for summer 2020 are a must. White jeans are so easy to dress up with heels, a cute top and some dainty gold jewelry. Alternatively, white jeans can be dressed down with a t-shirt and some flats for a busy summer’s day. White jeans are so bright and cheery and very versatile. Any color really matches whether you want a nautical look with navy, a pop of color such as hot pink or a busy pattern. White jeans are an investment piece as each summer they make the perfect summer outfit. When buying jeans remember you are the only person who cares about or sees the inside size label. Who cares if you need to go up a size to be comfortable. The worst thing on a hot summer day while out and about is uncomfortable tight jeans. Get over the size on the tag and be comfortable this summer. Size up if they fit better and avoid buying the tighter pair for those few pounds you are planning to loose. I’ve done this before and missed out on wearing my jeans as soon as I bought them.
White Fitted T-Shirt
Did you ever try to find the perfect white t-shirt in a store to match the perfect skirt/dress/shorts that you had picked up and found yourself leaving empty handed? By already having the perfect white fitted t-shirt (that doesn’t frump or bunch up at the wrong places), you have endless opportunities for your summer wardrobe. A white fitted t-shirt is a must in a capsule wardrobe and will give you endless options. Again, quality with white t-shirts are key so they look fresh and last throughout the summer.

A white maxi dress is another must for a summer capsule wardrobe. I absolutely love maxi dresses. They are so floaty and comfortable. I have my white maxi for a couple of years now and it always gets great use over the summer. The white maxi dress is perfect for a day to evening look, a day at the seaside or a glam girls night out. Summer white maxi dresses look perfect with a big straw hat or floppy bold color hat. Maxi dresses can really change in look depending on the way they are accessorized. Some of my favorite accessories to add some color to white maxi dresses are: straw hats, colorful handbags, statement necklace, wedge heels, a denim jacket or a dainty belt. So many options! The maxi dress I’m wearing below is the same maxi dress in all photos and it’s been to Hawaii, Paris, Ireland, NYC, San Francisco and it still excites me to wear it any day.

As you know from reading my blog and following along, I am big on dresses so of course my summer capsule wardrobe needs two white dresses. There are endless ways to change the look of a white dress as noted above. The shorter white dresses are definitely another day to evening look and are very versatile. Think of the quality when buying this white dress as you want it to last and also make sure it isn’t see through which is never a good look. Again, with a capsule wardrobe, these are not the statement piece so ease up on frills and bows on this white capsule piece as this lays the foundation for your outfit.
